In this role, you will spearhead Aecon's Human Performance Program in collaboration with the Performance Assurance Manager. Your pivotal responsibilities include implementing training, developing crew learning briefs, and fostering a robust Nuclear Safety Culture (NSC). You'll analyze field observations and trends to enhance operations across complex nuclear projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and reinforce Human Performance program elements
• Facilitate NSC and Hu training for all team members




• Analyze field observations and develop action strategies
• Conduct Hu and NSC surveys and self-assessments
• Support teams with field observation techniques
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary Education in a relevant field
• Solid teamwork and communication skills
• Experience in Human and Organizational Performance
• Knowledge of nuclear safety regulations
• Ability to work in both office and site settings
