In preparation for Fall 2026, the Vancouver Lawn Tennis & Badminton Club is hiring skilled Lifeguards and Swimming Instructors for its busy aquatic programs. Candidates must hold appropriate certifications for safety and are expected to supervise swimming areas effectively. Participants will provide personalized swimming lessons catering to a variety of skill levels while enforcing club policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safeguard the swimming area ensuring member safety
• Follow and enforce club rules diligently
• Conduct regular cleanliness checks of the pool premises




• Adapt swimming lessons based on individual swimmer needs
• Maintain transparent communication with students and their families
Requirements:
• Valid certifications in NLS, CPR-C/AED, Standard First Aid
• Minimum one year of related experience
• Solid interpersonal and customer service skills
• Adaptable to outdoor conditions in all weather
• Completion of a Police Information Check mandatory
