As a Dialysis Assistant, you will play an integral role in the Hemodialysis unit, collaborating with the healthcare team to prepare supplies and assist with patient care. You will ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and that protocols are adhered to, enhancing treatment safety and effectiveness. Understanding technical concepts and demonstrating solid interpersonal skills are key in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare access bundles and patient charts
• Disinfect and maintain equipment between uses




• Assist nursing staff with patient transitions
• Organize and communicate regarding home dialysis supplies
• Track and manage inventory of medical supplies
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of relevant dialysis experience
• Knowledge of infection control practices
• Ability to follow technical guidelines
• Physically capable of performing demanding tasks
