In this casual role, you will report to the Site Manager and focus on supporting tenants through assessments, service plans, and crisis management. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate tenant intakes and service assessments
• Create individualized service plans and manage crises
• Ensure basic needs are regularly met by tenants




• Maintain compliance with documentation and evaluations
• Supervise volunteers and students on site
Requirements:
• Community Social Service Diploma mandatory
• Minimum two years related experience required
• Criminal Record Clearance for Vulnerable Sector required
• Class 5 BC Drivers’ License if necessary
• Skills in conflict resolution and crisis intervention
