GTAA is hiring a Surface Maintenance Specialist who will play an essential role in keeping Toronto Pearson Airport running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include maintaining all kinds of airport surfaces, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring standards for safety and cleanliness are met. As a team member, you will also participate in seasonal operations that enhance passenger experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair surfaces across the airport
• Conduct regular walks to check for FOD
• Respond to any spills or cleanup needs




• Provide training to recent persons on equipment
• Manage snow and ice control on runways
Requirements:
• Must obtain and keep a “D” class AVOP
• Experience with heavy equipment and snow removal preferred
• Secondary School diploma or relevant experience
• Capability to secure Transportation Security Clearance
• Knowledge of safety and operations in the airfield context
