Key Responsibilities:
Assist pipelayers with pipe installation and proper alignment
Move and position pipe materials and essential tools
Prepare trench bottoms with bedding and grading assistance
Help with backfilling and compacting trenches effectively
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Requirements:
Previous outdoor labor or construction experience is an asset
Willingness to learn underground utility procedures
Ability to perform heavy physical tasks consistently
Comfort working around trenches and heavy equipment
