Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to resident concerns and escalate issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and protected environment for clients and staff
• Report safety concerns and implement interventions as directed
• Collaborate with external agencies involved in resident care
• Attend training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
• Graduate of a Health Care Aide program with 500 hours training
• Experience with seniors in community health settings
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification recommended
• Ability to lift and transfer clients safely
