Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to conceptualize and develop architectural designs for various projects.
Prepare comprehensive architectural plans, 3D models, and presentations using industry-standard software.
Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and ensure alignment with design specifications.
Obtain necessary permits and liaise with municipal authorities to meet local building codes and zoning regulations.
Stay abreast of industry trends, new materials, and sustainable practices.

Qualifications:




Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably in residential projects.
Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up).
Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
