We are looking for an enthusiastic clinician to join our supportive team at Resolve Sleep Health. You will combine your clinical skills with a passion for patient care to assess and manage sleep health issues, develop therapy plans, and work collaboratively with other healthcare specialists. Your role will play a key part in enhancing patient experiences in sleep health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess sleep-related concerns and develop therapy strategies
• Implement CPAP treatment plans and provide patient education




• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for coordinated care
• Conduct follow-ups to support therapy adherence
• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR systems
Requirements:
• Current RRT, RPSGT, CPSGT, RN, or RPN/LPN licensure
