Responsibilities
Manage and develop personal insurance accounts, including auto and home insurance clients
Handle customer service inquiries, policy renewals, claims, and some current business development
Utilize broker portals to provide full-cycle service, ensuring a smooth and personalized client experience
Build lasting relationships that foster client retention and satisfaction

Qualifications




Must have a RIBO License
Minimum 2 years’ brokerage experience in personal lines insurance
Proficiency with insurance company portals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a focus on long-term commitment
