Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage monthly and annual financial reports
Collaborate on integrating financial enterprise systems
Drive month-end closing accuracy for P&L; accounts
Conduct variance analyses to support decision-making
Mentor team members and drive process improvements

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
At least 5 years in accounting or finance roles
CPA designation essential
Proven experience with IFRS and public companies
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
