This role requires a robust background in physical design with at least 6 years of experience. You will work on defining and implementing fullchip floorplans while ensuring all design constraints are met. Experience with RTL-to-GDSII flow and participation in tapeouts across advanced process technologies will be essential to your success.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering
• 6+ years in ASIC Physical Design roles
• Familiar with Innovus, Calibre, and other EDA tools
• Experience in hierarchical design and timing analysis
• Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance workflow
