We are looking for a motivated and professional team-oriented Licensed Sales Agent to join us in a succession role. This full time role requires advising clients, managing relationships, and generating referrals. You will work closely with CSR partners to provide exceptional service while participating in community events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on insurance coverages and solutions
• Cultivate strong relationships with assigned customers
• Generate referrals to expand business growth
• Facilitate policy delivery with CSR assistance
• Act as the claims contact and liaise with relevant teams
Requirements:
• Valid General License (OTL) or ability to obtain within 30 days
• Proven sales skills and strong communication
• Knowledge of Personal and Commercial insurance
• Vehicle access and a valid Ontario Driver’s License
• CIP designation is an asset but not required
