What You’ll Need Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience in waste management, trucking, or hauling
Valid Class One (1) or minimum Class Three (3) driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract
Strong leadership and team motivation skills
High attention to detail and decision-making skills
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis
Ability to meet site access requirements for all client locations
Understanding of Alberta Environment and Protection Act
Safety-first attitude
What Will Make You Stand Out Previous Acden work experience
Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) certification
Valid OSSA Oil Sands, CSTS-09, or OSSA BSO/CSO certification
