The successful candidate will be a key member of our NextLevel Support Team providing tier 2 support to our clients and internal teams,as well as subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff ofWilsons Security
Answer incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Remotely troubleshoot an array products and services withclients as well as technicians and subcontractors, answering any questions thatmay arise
Resolve client concerns and make recommendations whereappropriate to ensure optimal system function
Remote software management including code and user updates,schedule management, configuration settings, etc.
Manage work orders assigned to the NLS queue to ensure theyare actioned in a timely manner
Work within client’s 3rdparty ticketing systems forwork order management
Process system activations including GSM
Maintain positive relationships with our clients, team, andsubcontractors
Work professionally under pressure
Other projects as required
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the securityindustry, with in-depth knowledge of cameras, access control, and intrusionsystems
IT Helpdesk experience an asset
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Client-Focused
Ability to work both with a team and independently
Dependable, diligent, and punctual
High degree of accuracy and thoroughness
Robust analytical and decision-making skills```json
