Role Overview
Position: Production Technician
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Formulation: Manufacture liquid and powder flavors following approved instructions.
Measuring: Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw materials.
Chemical Handling: Safely handle aroma chemicals and raw ingredients.
Equipment Operations: Operate mixers, blenders, and spray dryers.
Logistics: Lift and move heavy containers safely.
Documentation: Maintain accurate batch records, labels, and procedures.
Sanitation: Clean and sanitize equipment between production runs.
Compliance: Follow GMPs, safety rules, and environmental standards.
Teamwork: Collaborate with supervisors to meet production schedules.

Qualification
Education:



Technical or manufacturing training is an asset.
Experience: Food, flavor, or chemical manufacturing preferred.
Precision: Robust attention to detail following written instruction.
Skills: Basic math and computer skills for batch records.
Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 25–30 kg (55–66 lbs.）
Stamina: Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
Adaptability: Comfortable in fast-paced settings with strong aromas.
Commitment: Demonstrated dedication to safety and quality.

Working Conditions
Environment: Plant setting with noise, dust, and solid aromas.
Physical Demands: Frequent standing, bending, and heavy lifting.
Safety: Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) always.
