In this leadership role, you will synthesize your software engineering background with platform engineering expertise to shape our Internal Developer Platform. You will mentor a team, collaborate with cross-functional groups, and implement up-to-date practices to enhance cloud-native applications and AI workloads. Your aim is to improve the developer experience for all teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design and evolution of scalable Internal Developer Platform
Architect production-grade Kubernetes platforms for microservices




Implement GitOps workflows using Argo CD and KEDA
Build developer portals using Backstage for service onboarding
Champion platform governance with policy-as-code using Kyverno
Requirements:
5+ years in software development and platform engineering
Proven experience with Kubernetes in production
Hands-on with Argo CD, KEDA, and Backstage
Solid CI/CD pipeline experience
Mentor platform engineering teams effectively
Foster an efficient engineering culture while enhancing developer productivity at Guidepoint.
