Key Responsibilities:
Lead and grow a team of Site Reliability Engineers
Define multi-year technical strategies and align SRE roadmaps




Enhance incident management practices and reduce MTTR
Own disaster-recovery strategies and execution plans
Manage budget, tooling, and relationships with vendors
Requirements:
8+ years in technical roles, with 1+ in engineering leadership
Robust foundation in SRE principles and practices
Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and up-to-date SRE tools
Exceptional communication and influencing skills
Understanding of AI integration in operations
