In this temporary full time role, reporting to the Maintenance & Operations Assistant Manager, you will undertake diverse tasks, including spray painting, tiling, and concrete work. This position necessitates a certified journeyperson in painting or a minimum of four years of experience in the field. You’ll work in a busy setting, managing multiple priorities and demonstrating problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair building surfaces inside and outside
• Apply decorative and protective coatings to surfaces




• Execute plastering and tiling tasks as required
• Conduct surface preparation and cleanup activities
• Work effectively under demanding deadlines and time pressures
Requirements:
• Certified Journeyperson in Painting required
• 4 years of related painting experience
• Computer proficiency needed
• Familiarity with tint machines is an asset
• Ability to adapt in high-priority environments
