Who We’re Looking For:
1+ years of experience in reception, customer care, or a similar customer‑facing role
Friendly, positive communicator with strong customer service skills
Comfortable managing a busy multi‑line phone system
Motivated, professional, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced workplace
Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities
Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and comfortable learning CRM systems (e.g., DealerSocket)
Organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented
Schedule: Full ‑Time; Tuesday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm
Compensation: $19 per hour
What Your Day Will Look Like:
Customer Service: Greet customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth
Phone & Switchboard: Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi‑line phone system
Administrative Support: Assist with filing, clerical tasks, and general front‑desk duties
Payment Processing: Process payments for services and products accurately and efficiently
Support sales and service teams with additional administrative tasks as required
