Overview

We are seeking a reliable Production Associate to support the manufacturing and packaging of natural health food products. The successful candidate will follow production procedures, food safety standards, and quality requirements to ensure products are produced safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Department: Production

Key Responsibilities
Complete production and packaging tasks according to work orders and company procedures.
Prepare ingredients, materials, labels, and equipment for production runs.
Operate production equipment safely after training.
Assist with mixing, filling, labeling, packaging, palletizing, and product handling.
Follow GMP, HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and allergen control procedures.
Conduct quality checks and report product defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Keep work areas, equipment, and production lines clean and organized.
Support warehouse, sanitation, and inventory activities as needed.

Qualifications
Experience in food manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse environments is an asset.




Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a quick-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or food safety programs is an asset.

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in a production and warehouse setting.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
