Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
Take accurate food and drink orders while providing menu recommendations.
Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.
Process payments efficiently using the cash register, ensuring accurate transactions.
Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed to support the team.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with restaurant policies.

Experience
Previous experience in customer service or the restaurant industry is preferred.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing bills accurately.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is advantageous.
Robust communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the food service sector.
