Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient’s daily living skills and needs
• Create individualized therapy plans in collaboration




• Educate clients and families on available resources

Requirements:
• Master’s in Occupational Therapy required
• COTO registration and insurance necessary
• Experience across a range of patient diagnoses
