In this senior role, you will lead technical implementations for enterprise accounts, collaborating closely with both Strategic Account Managers and Customer Success Managers. Your expertise in data engineering and technical escalations will enable customers to maximize their use of the telematics platform. This position focuses on enabling self-sufficiency for clients while building essential playbooks and standards for future hires.
Key Responsibilities:
Own technical solutioning and integration design for enterprise clients
Enable customer technical teams to achieve independence




Manage technical escalations throughout implementations
Develop production-readiness definitions and documentation
Build essential operational playbooks for future Engineers
Requirements:
Proven experience in enterprise implementations for Fortune 500 customers
Knowledge of APIs, data pipelines, and latency
Excellent communication with executives at all levels
High urgency in managing technical escalations
Background in telematics, fleet, or data engineering preferred
