PositionSummary
Tocoordinate, supervise and schedule the activities of the productionemployee
Establish methods to meet workschedules and co-ordinate work activities with otherunits

Experience
Minimum ofthree (3) year’s experience in a similar position in the foodindustry
Excellent communicationskills
Demonstrated problemsolving
Leadership
Knowledgeof Microsoft Office (Word,Excel)

Responsbilities
Ensureproduction requirements are achieved while meeting quality, yield,efficiency and food / employee safetystandards
Effectively motivate and directemployees by facilitating/ mentoring continuousimprovement
Review production schedule formanpower and staffing requirements




Resolve workproblems and recommend measures to improve productivity and productquality
Prepare production reports in anaccurate and timely manner
Perform / organizeemployee job training and team meetings to ensure efficient andsafe task performance
Understand and follow allaspects of the Collective Agreement, and deal with grievances atthe primary stage
Request and control materialsandsupplies
