Artohlam Group is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Dispatcher to join our Operations Team and lead our growing Canada–USA cross-border operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily cross-border freight operations between Canada and the United States.- Dispatch company drivers and coordinate with owner operators and partner carriers.- Source and secure profitable freight through the open market.- Utilize Loadlink and other load boards to identify backhaul opportunities and maximize fleet utilization.- Plan efficient routes while ensuring compliance with Hours of Service, customs requirements, and border regulations.- Communicate proactively with drivers, customers, brokers, and internal teams.- Resolve service issues quickly while maintaining high service standards.- Monitor shipments from pickup through delivery and ensure accurate documentation.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of dispatch experience,



preferably in cross-border transportation.- Robust knowledge of Canada–USA cross-border freight operations.- Extensive experience using Loadlink and sourcing freight in the open market.- Understanding of customs procedures, ACE/ACI, and cross-border documentation.- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with brokers and customers.- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.- Experience with transportation management systems (Rose Rocket and Samsara experience is an asset).
