Knowledge, Skills and Abilities we are looking for include:

- Must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language

- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Available to work on Weekends / Evening / Out of town work, if needed.

- Able to work safely at heights. *Able to climb up and down Ladders of minimal heights of 25 Ft.

- Experience with EPDM, TPO SBS, LIQUID Membrane, leak investigations and assets.

- Valid B.C driver's license is an Asset.
