We are looking for a part time Community Engagement Ambassador to help a new evening wellness program connect with suitable local participants and community networks in Halifax.

This role is best suited for someone who already has local connections and can introduce a useful community program in a natural, respectful, and low-pressure way. This is not a cold sales role.

What You Will Do

- Attend one session first to understand the program
- Identify suitable local people, groups, or networks
- Introduce the program and invite interested participants to pilot sessions
- Complete agreed weekly engagement tasks
- Keep simple, accurate notes on interest, feedback, and progress
- Communicate clearly about what is working and what is not

What We Are Looking For

- Existing local connections in Halifax, Dartmouth, Spryfield, Fairview, Clayton Park, Bedford, or nearby communities
- Comfortable speaking with people directly
- Clear, reliable, and organized




- Interested in wellness, recreation, movement, community programs, or mental wellbeing

Helpful Background

Community engagement, recreation, wellness, events, yoga, fitness, social services, newcomer communities, neighbourhood groups, student clubs, or volunteer networks.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
