Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. This role involves supporting various construction projects through physical labor, equipment operation, and site preparation. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, safety awareness, and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment. Prior construction experience and familiarity with tools and building techniques are highly valued. This position offers the opportunity to develop a broad skill set across multiple trades within the construction industry.

Duties

- Assist with site preparation, including loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Support skilled trades such as carpentry, masonry, electrical, plumbing, and concrete finishing
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration work as needed (Optional)
- Install cabinetry, flooring, tile, and perform painting or caulking tasks
- Assist with demolition, cleanup, and maintaining a safe job site




- Support the setup and operation of scaffolding or other temporary structures
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure working workplace for all team members

Experience

- Prior experience in construction or related trades is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation is beneficial
- Skills in carpentry, masonry, electrical work, plumbing, tile laying, flooring installation, or concrete finishing are a plus
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Demonstrated commitment to safety standards on job sites

Pay: $17.26-$27.00 per hour
