Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Prepare and cook menu items, ensuring quality and consistency
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Track supplies and notify management of shortages
- Collaborate with other staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements

- Previous experience preparing food in a full-service restaurant
- Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and meal preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed

- $22-$23 per hour, based on experience
