The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

- Uphold our company standards of: Cleanliness, Quality & Service
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service at all times
- Oversee all incoming orders, making sure all details are taken care of
- Responsible for ordering products from our supply kitchen, on a daily basis
- Responsible for ordering packaging/supplies
- Confidently take customer orders and answer questions, paying attention to all details
- Decorate cupcakes, and prepare orders of multiple products (pre-orders, walk-ins & UberEats orders)
- Understand the importance of keeping the Front of House clean at all times

-Enforce quality control - all products leaving the shop are up to our standards

- Bake cupcakes & cookies
- Do FOH dishes
- Answer phone calls
- Use the p.o.s. system and handle cash

Potential candidates will have the following skills/experience:

- Customer service experience
- Attention to detail
- Works well under pressure
- Able to multitask
- Cleanliness
- Good organizational skills
- Valuable communication skills
- Works well as part of a team
- Must be available evenings & weekends
- Culinary education and/or decorating experience is an asset
