We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Wireless Sales Consultant to join our growing team. If you enjoy talking to people, love technology, and want to build a career in sales, we'd love to meet you.

No experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training for motivated individuals with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

- Welcome customers and help them choose the right smartphones, accessories, and mobile plans.
- Demonstrate products and explain features in a simple, confident, and professional manner.
- Recommend accessories and services that best meet customers' needs.
- Process sales accurately using our POS system.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after each sale.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Learn about current smartphones, accessories, and mobile technology.
- Assist with basic phone setup, testing, and troubleshooting (training provided).




- Support online orders, inventory organization, and shipping when required.
- Learn additional business operations as you grow within the company.

- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Quick learner with attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Available to work weekends.

Languages

- English required.
- Punjabi, Hindi, or Urdu are considered an asset.

Pay

$18.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience and performance.
