For guests seeking rejuvenation, inspiration and personalized attention, FairmontBanff Springsoffers a wide selection of luxurious Spa experiences. Your care and professionalism as a Spa Therapist shows our guests that they are unique and valued – and you will take pride in knowing that your competencies help them feel their very best.

Compensation can reflect $70+ per hour while massage services are being performed.

Job Duties Include

Reporting to the Spa Treatment Manager,responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
- Perform all 30, 45, 60, 90 and 120 minute massage and body treatments, as certified/trained to do.
- Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to needs and expectations.
- Maintain clean and neat work environment at all times, ensuring all equipment in safe working order.
- Maintain an ample supply of massage oils, towels, sheets, and other necessary supplies in a neat and orderly fashion within the massage work area
- Maintain current professional licenses, CPR, First Aid.




- Participate in in-house training opportunities in our skilled product lines and extend homecare including retail suggestions to our clientele

Qualifications

Your Skills & Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a Spa preferred
- Certificate from accredited school of Body Work
- Proven experience with facials, nail services, massage, and body treatments.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Constant standing/walking throughout shift and must be able to lift and carry 20+ lbs

Additional Information

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
