Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise application implementations.
- Proven experience delivering Workday projects in a hands-on capacity.
- Robust background managing project execution rather than operating solely at the program level.
- Demonstrated experience leading data migration, data conversion, or data transformation initiatives within Workday environments.
- Experience partnering directly with delivery teams, functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Strong risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, dependencies, and deliverables.




- Excellent communication and executive reporting abilities.

This individual will be responsible for driving day-to-day project execution, partnering closely with delivery teams, business stakeholders, technical resources and end clients to ensure successful implementation and data migration activities.
