Responcibilities:
Dispatcher
- Schedule and dispatch crews to job sites throughout the Lower Mainland.
- Coordinate daily staffing and respond to schedule changes or emergency call-outs.
- Communicate with clients, supervisors, and field crews to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed.
- Prepare and distribute daily work assignments and job information.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch, staffing, schedules, and project updates.
- Support field staff by resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- Work closely with management to ensure safe, efficient operations.
TCPs and LCTs
- Direct and manage traffic flow at construction sites to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members and the public to relay important information.
- Monitor site conditions and implement safety measures to protect workers and pedestrians.
- Collaborate with construction teams to facilitate smooth operations and minimize disruptions.
