- To assist cook with all kitchen duties during the week, including Wednesday evenings and Saturdays.
- Kitchen duties include food prep, dishwashing, food orders, cleaning, etc.
- Clear dirty dishes from tables and wash/sanitize tables.
- To clearly mark dates on all opened food items.
- Assist with cleaning duties, and to help ensure the kitchen is cleaned daily.
- To ensure storage areas to be kept tidy/clean.
- To ensure food, supplies, cleaning practices and equipment meet and are maintained in a safe manner and in accordance with Health Authority regulations and rules.
- Work alongside the main cook during peak meal times and be able to prepare and serve meals when the main cook is off or absent.
