Duties

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to improve service quality
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and consistent delivery of outstanding service
- Support the onboarding of new customers by explaining policies, procedures, and available options clearly
Experience
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is highly desirable
- Hotel or hospitality industry background provides valuable insight into guest needs and service excellence
- Robust communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude
- Familiarity with basic computer systems or point-of-sale software is a plus
