Looking for Journeyman & Apprentice Industrial Mechanics Millwrights, Welders & Pipefitters to work for Impact Mechanical Shutdown’s in various Pulp Mill’s, OSB Mill’s, Potash, Uranium and Gold Mines throughout AB, SK & MB. Successful candidates will be hired under a casual status. However, there may be additional opportunity for those to be moved to other contracted work throughout Canada, provided the performance and workload permits it. We offer competitive wages.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities / Competencies:

· Proven safety leader of following safe work practices and promoting safety in general

· Proficient use of hand and power tools

· Proven understanding of regular facility maintenance practices and processes.

· Robust team player

· Strong communicator and collaborator

· Capable of multi-tasking.

· Must possess a strong work-ethic.

· Capable of travel, working on the road, and being away for extended shutdowns

· Capable of working in a variety of climatic conditions.

Qualifications:





- Journeyperson or Apprentice Industrial Mechanics Millwright
- Journeyperson or Apprentice Welder
- Journeyperson or Apprentice Pipefitter
- Valid Drivers License(for some locations)
- Pass Drug & Alcohol testing(for some locations)

- 10 hour shifts
- 12 hour shifts
- 8 hour shifts
- Day shift/Night shift
