Position Summary

As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, this position ensures buses adhere to our Internal Quality Control System.

Responsibilities

- Identify quality and process gaps and non-conformance issues
- Perform in-process inspection of production, fabricated, and purchased materials
- Conduct final inspections of buses for delivery, investigate, and communicate non-conformance issues internally and externally, and find resolutions

Qualifications

- Ability to read blueprints and use precision testing and measuring instruments




- Experience with quality systems to drive improvements
- Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Understanding of bill of materials related to product completion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience with Oracle database system and NDT certification are assets
- Ability to work rotating shifts
