Rocket Supply Chain is seeking a Track and Trace (Dispatch) to join our Head Office team in Dorval.

Job Responsibilities

- Confirm appointments and load details with carriers, suppliers, and clients
- Track and trace loads to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
- Maintain, grow and establish relationships with carriers to move freight as per client’s needs.
- Resolve problems, including identifying issues, thinking critically to determine the best course of action, implementing solutions for gain of efficiency.
- Constant contact with existing and new carriers to determine availability and negotiate transportation/3PL rates
- Maximize partnership, efficiency utilizing analytics and evaluate profits as per market fluctuations.
- By nurturing strong carrier relationships, generate leads for future client identification.
- Research and understand market trends, changes and seasonality as per type of industry.




- Communicate with clients and carriers daily to negotiate rates plan movement.
- Work in tandem with the internal team members to ensure client satisfaction.
- Track freight status and ensure timely pickup and delivery performance
- Generate and manage daily tracking/tracing reports
- Contribute to a smooth workflow and efficient operational environment

Education & Qualifications

- High school diploma, DEC, or Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience (logistics or customer service preferred)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both French and English — required to support partners across North America
- Proficient with IT tools and business platforms (Microsoft Office; TMS experience is an asset)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a rapid-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
- Self-motivated with a cooperative team mindset
