Position Overview: Shape and optimize workflows in this newly created role.
Lead supplier coordination, financial management, and quoting processes for luxury residential builds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and purchase luxury construction materials and furniture
- Establish vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing
- Maintain financial records and handle bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Prepare client quotes and align with project budgets
- Track outstanding quotes to maximize conversion rates
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in purchasing and financial coordination
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Experience managing costs for businesses in the $3-8 million range
- Ability to build processes from the ground up
Salary Range: $85,000-$110,000 plus project bonuses
