Pay: $18.00-$25.00/hour + Benefits

We are hiring an experienced Deburring Technician to join our growing Precision Manufacturing team in Mississauga. If you have experience as a Metal Finisher, Deburring Technician, or have worked in a Machine Shop performing Deburring and finishing of precision components, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Perform deburring, polishing, grinding, sanding, filing, and metal finishing on precision-machined components.

Remove burrs and sharp edges while maintaining tight tolerances and excellent surface finish.

Use hand tools, die grinders, pneumatic tools, rotary tools, sanders, polishing equipment, and other finishing tools.

Perform visual inspection and quality checks before final release.

Read work instructions, engineering drawings, and manufacturing specifications.





Maintain a clean and safe work environment following 5S and Lean Manufacturing practices.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Deburring Technician, Metal Finisher, or in a Machine Shop environment.

Experience performing Deburring and finishing on precision-machined metal components.

Experience using hand tools, die grinders, pneumatic tools, grinders, sanders, polishing equipment, and measuring tools.

Experience in Precision Manufacturing, aerospace, medical device, defense, nuclear, or CNC machining environments is an asset.

Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality.
