We’re looking for a committed, detail-focused Line Cook & Prep cook to join our culinary team. This is a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen where precision, consistency, and professionalism are essential. What You’ll Do:

- Execute dishes to spec with accuracy and speed during service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, prep, and station organization
- Support daily prep and follow through on closing duties
- Uphold food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and respond to direction quickly and professionally

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in a high-volume or fine dining kitchen
- Strong knife skills, a sense of urgency, and high attention to detail
- Dependable and consistent, with excellent time management
