We are seeking a motivated, hardworking, and enthusiastic Articling Student to join our Surrey office. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work directly with experienced lawyers, gain meaningful courtroom and client experience, and develop the practical skills necessary for a successful legal career.

Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive legal research on various topics relevant to ongoing cases and client needs
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, and correspondence with precision and clarity
- Assist in preparing for court hearings, trials, and negotiations by organizing case files and evidence
- Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and help prepare summaries for review by senior attorneys




- Support the firm’s compliance efforts by reviewing documents for accuracy and adherence to legal standards
- Participate in team meetings, case strategy sessions, and training workshops to enhance your legal knowledge
- Maintain organized records of case files, correspondence, and research materials for easy access and review
