SOL Bakehouse is a fast-growing, high-volume café and bakery located in downtown Guelph. We are known for our premium croissants, specialty drinks, and exceptional customer experience. Our café is busy, energetic, and driven by a strong team culture that values efficiency, quality, and warmth.

We are currently looking for a highly skilled barista who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow as a barista. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about coffee, takes pride in their work, and cares deeply for creating a strong sense of community.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare high-quality espresso drinks, matcha drinks, and specialty beverages with consistency and care
- Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume rush periods
- Provide exceptional and friendly customer service
- Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced café environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and café space
- Anticipate café needs and proactively assist with restocking, dishes, and customer flow
- Support team members during busy periods and help maintain smooth operations
- Contribute to a positive and professional team culture

- Strong barista experience (espresso dialing,



milk texturing, drink consistency)
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- Friendly, warm, and professional with customers
- Highly reliable and punctual
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- A proactive mindset — someone who notices what needs to be done and takes initiative
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
