Driven Auto Group is expanding, and we are seeking a reliable and energetic Lot Attendant to support our sales and service operations. This is a key role in maintaining an organized, professional, and efficient dealership setting.

If you take initiative, work well independently, and perform best in a fast-paced setting with constant activity, this role will be a strong fit.

This role is best suited for individuals who take pride in staying busy and maintaining high standards throughout the day.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle lot at all times

- Move vehicles throughout the lot, and service areas as needed

- Assist with staging vehicles for photos, videos, and advertising

- Inspect incoming vehicles and report any damage or concerns

- Ensure keys are properly logged, stored, and tracked

- Support the sales team with vehicle retrievals, test drives, and deliveries

- Assist with day-to-day operational needs across the dealership

- Perform general lot duties (snow removal, garbage disposal, battery boosts, etc.)





- Manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

- Proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do

- Strong multitasking ability and comfort handling competing priorities

- Reliable, team-oriented, and positive attitude

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Clear communication and a customer-focused approach

- Valid G-Class driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Previous dealership or automotive experience is an asset, but not required

- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
