Act as the key intermediary between the business centre, members and clients; ensure proper usage, updating, and satisfaction with the products and services offered. Analyze dissatisfactions and recommend solutions. Identify and analyze member and client needs, develop personalized solutions and prepare integrated service offers. Negotiate applicable conditions. Recommend strategies and solutions for the business centre’s objectives (increased volume, sound risk management, portfolio profitability, stronger relationships). Use intelligence to spot business‑development opportunities that boost competitiveness. Execute promotional activities as part of the centre’s operations; participate in targetedpublic‑relations activities and active community involvement. Be attentive to client and member needs to ensure full satisfaction, seize opportunities, and refer them appropriately. Adhere to all policies, practices, standards and laws governing the distribution of financial products; provide sound risk management for all portfolios.
