McGrath Pharmacies is looking for friendly, reliable, and professional individuals to join our Front Store team. This position will support both of our store locations in Florenceville-Bristol and Hartland, so flexibility to work at either location is required.
As a Front Store Associate, you are often the first and last person our customers and patients interact with during their visit. This role is an important part of creating a welcoming, helpful, clean, and organized store environment while supporting the daily operations of the front store.

What You’ll Do:

- Provide friendly, professional, and respectful customer service.
- Assist customers with product questions and purchases.
- Operate the POS/cash system accurately.
- Restock shelves and maintain store presentation.
- Support online orders and customer requests.




- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized store.
- Work collaboratively with front store, pharmacy, and home health teams.
- Support daily operations at both the Florenceville-Bristol and Hartland locations.

- Willingness and ability to work at both store locations.

- Retail or customer service experience is an asset but not required.

Position Details:

- Full-time and part time opportunities available.
- Work will take place at both Florenceville-Bristol and Hartland locations.
- Evening and weekend availability as scheduled.
- Training and development provided.
