- Support quotation and new product development activities by reviewing customer technical requirements and product specifications.
- Coordinate sample requests, product trials, and technical evaluations with internal teams and suppliers.
- Assist in evaluating product performance and recommending technical improvements.
- Maintain product specifications and technical documentation throughout the development process.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Support quality investigations related to customer complaints, supplier issues, and internal non-conformances.
- Participate in product inspections, validation activities, and technical evaluations.
- Assist with root cause investigations and corrective action activities.
- Review quality trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support documentation required for quality management systems and food safety programs.
Manufacturing Support
- Work closely with production teams to understand printing, lamination, slitting, and pouch converting processes.
- Participate in production trials and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in resolving technical issues affecting manufacturing performance or product quality.
- Coordinate communication between manufacturing and technical teams during development projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- 0–3 years of manufacturing, packaging or quality experience preferred.
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the English language at a level adequate to perform job functions. Fluency in Korean is an added value.
- Robust communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
