Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while promoting oral health. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient care.

Hours and Days

* 132 Marine Parade Drive Etobicoke ON - Every Monday and alternating Tuesdays 10-6pm

* Alternating Saturdays 8-2 * location to be determined (within 10 min of Marine Parade)

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess patients' oral health.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in the dental software system.




- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.

Skills

- Proficiency in using Dentrix or Dentally; similar dental office software is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with patients and address their needs.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse patient population.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $52.00-$55.00 per hour
